THE POD SKALCO SOUVENIR SHOP

The Pod Skalco Souvenir Shop and the souvenir stalls in front of Postojna Cave offer a wide choice of local specialities, promotional products, guidebooks and souvenirs: something for those with a sweet tooth, or something to help you learn more about the places you have visited.

As well as postcards, books, videos and DVDs about Postojna Cave and Slovenia, visitors can buy attractive and genuine souvenirs of Slovenia and choose from a wide range of snacks, refreshing drinks and other products.

ERAZEM'S SHOP

Erazem' s Shop, close to the entrance to the castle, offers a wide choice of souvenirs. As well as traditional souvenirs, visitors can choose from a range of medieval weapons, beautiful pottery and an assortment of literature to suit all tastes. The Poliksena shop in the castle cellar, in keeping with its surroundings, offers a generous selection of spirits and liqueurs and delicacies for those with a sweet tooth.Enter an enchanting fantasy world – free access to a computer game.

The theme park contains the reconstructed Modrijan's Mill, where the water of the River Pivka drives the old mill wheels. There is also a sawmill, whose restoration was modelled on the old sawmills of Notranjska, and a winery offering fine Slovene wines, home-made bread, cheese and cured ham – and home-made cakes and pastries for children.
